At The Competition Platform, we want to make it easy for you to access the data your competition collected if you took advantage of our Data Capture prize sponsor benefit. Here’s how to access your Data Capture.

Accessing Data Capture Step 1

Log into your Competition Platform account (where you uploaded the competition).

Click the dashboard and then into the competition.

Accessing Data Capture Step 3

The data will be available to download as long as the competition has ended and payment has been received. You need to click the “Retrieve Data” button, this will then open as a CSV.

Accessing Data Capture Step 4

You then need to save a copy in a secure GDPR compliant way.
