Question marks

A good competition question allows you the opportunity to reaffirm your brand’s message to our users.

With that in mind, here is The Competition Platforms guide to coming up with a good competition question.

Have a relevant question

Users will have been drawn into your competition as they have an interest in your product or brand, so keep your competition question relevant to them because if they don’t know the answer, they won’t enter.

Make the answer easy to find

If users can’t find the right answer to your question, then the chances of you giving away a prize at the end of your competition are much lower. So, include the answer in your copy so you’ll have lots of users to select the lucky winner from.

Make it interesting

You don’t want your competition to be the last interaction users have with your brand. So make your question interesting so users want to learn more about your brand.

A good question and be the key between a bad competition and a successful one. So come up with a question that is answerable, interesting and relevant.
